KLP Fastigheter is a wholly owned subsidiary of Klp Eiendom in Norway, one of the largest real estate companies in the Nordic region with attractive properties in Oslo, Trondheim, Stockholm and Copenhagen. We are owned by Norway's largest pension company, KLP, and take responsibility for the safe and long-term value creation of pension funds through active property development and management. KLP is owned by municipalities and employers who provide their employees with a general occupational pension. The values we create therefore go back to society.
KLP Eiendom manages properties with a total value of SEK 78 billion and what we do should be sustainable and contribute to a better society. We are guided by what is wise in the long term, not by what gives a short-term gain. This includes investments, solutions, operation and maintenance of our buildings.
We develop and manage office buildings, educational properties, shopping centres, hotels, plots and projects in several of Scandinavia's largest cities. In addition, we own a hotel in London. We are 150 employees who manage and develop more than two million square meters of property.
