It happens in the house

We are pleased to welcome three new tenants to Fleminggatan Fjorton. Global company SiriusPont and two Swedish government agencies, all of which are in need of suitable premises adapted for collaboration.

SiriusPoint: SiriusPoint is a global insurance and reinsurance provider with a worldwide portfolio of reinsurance products. We strive to be a fast-moving, responsive partner, combining leading underwriting and risk management with cutting-edge ideas.

Stockholm is home to SiriusPoint International's flagship office. It's important to us that the space where we welcome our team and our clients reflects how we work. We have an entrepreneurial, innovative approach and an open culture of collaboration. Fleminggatan Fourteen lends itself to our approach and we look forward to tailoring the office to meet our future needs.

The two authorities deal with important issues related to dental care and personal data respectively:

TLV, Tandvårds- och läkemedelsförmånsverket, is the government agency that decides, among other things, which dental care should be covered by the high-cost coverage in the state pharmaceutical benefits.

IMY works to protect everyone's personal data, such as health and financial data, so that it is handled properly and does not fall into the wrong hands.

Klp has now received planning permission for one of Stockholm's largest and most spectacular roof terraces. The approximately 300 sqm terrace faces the corner of Scheelegatan/Fleminggatan and gives the tenants in the house unobstructed views of the whole of Stockholm. See vision picture here:

The beauty company rents about 3500 sqm on the 6th floor and will take up the premises on 1 April 2022.

"When the Corona pandemic broke out, we at Oriflame, like many others, started to think about our local needs and how we have to adapt to a new reality. With a new and flexible way of working, it became clear that our current premises were too large. We have decided on a hybrid solution when it comes to post-COVID work, and we want to create new energy and joy for our employees when we get to come back and meet in the office again.

We sit very centrally today, and we had a clear specification of requirements in our new office; close to the city and above all arlanda express because we have many international visitors. We would be accommodated on one floor so that everyone feels connected and it would be a modern type of property with service concept. The landlord's high value on sustainability was a requirement. Close access to gyms, exercise trails, restaurants and shopping was a plus. We at Oriflame have many events and the fantastic roof terrace is the perfect place for our future staff parties. The choice fell on Fleminggatan 14, which met all of our criteria, and we look forward to moving in at the beginning of Q2 2022."
